At Chislehurst School for Girls, our students benefit from a wide range of extracurricular clubs and activities both during school and after school. We provide below a list of our current opportunities available to students:

Peripatetic Music Lessons 

We have regular visits from Peripatetic Music Teachers at Chislehurst School for Girls. These teachers are employed by Bromley Youth Music Trust

Social Space

Social Space – The Lighthouse
A quiet, fun and social space to assist students who may be experiencing difficulties.  Open to all year groups.  Students are usually referred to this group by their Form Tutor, Year Coordinator or Director of Studies.

LEGO Therapy - by invitation
LEGO Therapy is a structured, evidence-based group intervention that uses LEGO building activities to support the development of key skills such as: 
  • social communication and interaction 
  • teamwork, turn-taking, and listening 
  • problem-solving and planning 
  • emotional regulation and managing frustration 

Fundraising

There are many other activities taking place around the school at lunchtime.  This is an ideal time to host fundraising events for our chosen charities.  If you have an idea for an event why not talk to you Head of House.
